Voters can download a ballot from our website. An announcement will be sent by email about this on May 16. Richard will bring ballots to the June 14 meeting, at which time the votes will be tallied and winners announced.

Class will follow same format and pricing as RoboHelp class. It will be held June 24 from 9:00 to 1:00 at the Albany Senior Center. Eunice has not yet received contract from them confirming the class. (NOTE: after meeting, she received it in her mail at home.)
Joe created a new product page on Tierranet/Miva Merchant to accommodate registration. Deborah will email Eunice names and email IDs of registrants. Eunice will send out registration confirmation emails and track waiting list.
Eunice to email Joe the announcement she wrote for the RoboHelp class to use in email blast of 300 people. Announcement to include a statement that people must cancel one week ahead of time to avoid being charged.
Eunice will call Albany Senior Center to find out if someone will be there at 8:30 on the day of the class to open the room for us, etc.
Treasurer
Deborah is continuing to work on procedures. She will let Joe know how much we are paying for the onlnine credit card service. Joe may work on finding another vendor etc. after his term as president is over. Deborah will give Joe a credit card activity history and copies of Mechanics Bank statements.
Deborah will buy 2006 upgrade of Quicken for the Chapter.
Deborah found that the reconcilement feature in Quicken has not been used in the past, and so there are some discrepancies with other records. She will reconcile the account if the discrepancy is large.
